What is Chiropractic?
The nervous system controls every function in the human body all the way down to the cellular level. The nervous system tells the heart to pump blood, the intestines to digest, the lungs to take in oxygen etc. Poor posture, poor sleeping habits, accidents, falls, repetitive strain activities, physical, chemical, mental, emotional stresses and aging too contribute to aches and pains that signals that your body is not functioning correctly.
Your body muscles then contract locking spinal joints to either pinch or irritate nearby nerves. This is called a vertebral subluxation. When the nervous system is interfered with via vertebral subluxation the body cannot function at its full potential. Integrity of the nervous system is then compromised contributing to ill health and dis-ease. When the interference is removed through a specific Chiropractic adjustment all body parts and all cellular functioning of the body will improve. The body needs no help, just no interference.
Chiropractors assess disorders related to the spine, nervous system and joints of the extremities and provide diagnosis, treatment and management of these disorders. Regular Chiropractic care can keep your immune system strong and help prevent pain and inflammation.
The goal of Chiropractic is to restore the alignment of the spine, remove interference and allow the body to function and heal at 100% efficiency. We work with your body to restore proper function.

What is a Chiropractic Adjustment?
A Chiropractic adjustment is the art of using a specific force in a precise direction applied to a joint that is subluxated "locked up" or misaligned. The purpose of this safe and natural procedure is to eliminate interference to the nervous system, thereby improving spinal function, mobility and overall health.
